We are a UK-based company, but our team works remotely worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity as we are looking to hire a flexible full-stack developer to help build our mobile app, web app and backend systems using the best technologies for the task.

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of scalable software development

    Social + Content Manager

    We’re looking for a social + content manager with a passion for brand content and social media who (ideally) has experience in developing engaging content for a fashion or lifestyle brand and an interest in tech and sustainability.

    What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience managing social channels for similar brands; either at an agency or in-house
  • Experience in writing creative copy, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and channels
  • Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn and overall social media best practices; good understanding of social media KPIs & trends
  • A keen eye for design: a sense of what makes a great-looking campaign. Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • What you'll be doing:

  • Define Whering’s social media and content strategy
  • Manage our larger social campaigns and brand activations alongside our head of marketing and content + community manager
  • Creating social briefs for our brand ambassadors & talent (influencers)
  • Managing editorial calendar and strategy inc. and sourcing freelancers
  • Plan, develop and write impactful and engaging copy across all brand and performance touchpoints (including website landing pages, marketing materials, emails, and paid advertising) that is in line with our brand strategy and business goals
  • Assist in developing messaging for various seasonal campaigns; adjust messaging and tone based on customer group, channel and brand
  • Together with the head of marketing, understand how messages impact our KPIs, such as click-through rate, conversion rate and reactivation rate
  • Managing and coordinating the execution of our organic social media activities as efficiently to drive awareness & consideration, including boosting, content creation and reporting
